All consulting fees are non-refundable once services are rendered. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be considered for rescheduling. No-shows are non-refundable.
Training packages are non-refundable once sessions begin. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions are forfeited.
Nutrition assessments, plans, and coaching services are non-refundable once delivered. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle.
Any digital products, reports, or documents are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination. All disputes are challenged with payment authorization, booking records, and consent logs.
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges or verified technical errors only.
