Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• Clients may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase for online consultations or services, after which sales are final!.
• Refunds for packages or subscriptions may be prorated based on sessions completed.
• No refunds for completed or partially completed sessions without prior notice.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
